Beyond Church Walls

This week is not so much a reading as much as a reflecting on how amazing it has been to see different churches gather together in unity. Most of you have heard about C4’s Fresh Fire morning prayer room that takes place Monday through Friday 7am-8am and Saturday 9am-10am that’s open to everyone.  It’s been such a source of the fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit for me.  Last Sunday several pastors gathered together for prayer at the Waioli chapel in Manoa in response to the recent tragedy.  Jesus was manifest in that place as we filled the chapel with members from the community to grieve and invite the hope found in Jesus. We knew and felt what it meant to be family, community, and one church. Coming up on Good Friday, March 29th nearly 30 churches will gather in unity and reconciliation as we prepare to celebrate the resurrection of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.  God is calling His church to move as ONE.
