After nearly two weeks I’m not physically back 100% yet, but close. I still feel more tired. It was also Joshua’s last week of Winter Break that he’s spending with us back home. I’m praying for Southern California and all those affected by the wildfires. It’s heartbreaking. I pray that the people of Southern California would find community in supporting each other through this difficult time. Through the darkness there is opportunity for light to shine.
I reflect on the people who God places in our lives. As I embark upon my many projects, I see how God has begun to place new people, brothers and sisters in Christ, on these projects. I’m excited to walk with these partners.
I didn’t write anything in particular this week about where I most experienced God’s nearness. But there is a prayer that I ask for: That God will send “climbing partners” to me as we begin to implement God’s leading for Formation Church. I covet your prayers. Thank you very much!
