FORMATION GROUPS

REAL QUESTIONS. HONEST CONVERSATIONS. SAFE COMMUNITY.

Formation Groups are confidential gatherings held in the fall and spring—safe spaces to ask life’s real questions and explore them together.

Current groups are organized as Men’s and Women’s to reflect different life experiences and perspectives, though questions often overlap across all people. Anyone who identifies differently is warmly welcome to join whichever group feels most comfortable.

What to Expect
Each group meets for about two hours, usually on a weeknight (for example, 6:30–8:30 PM), and includes a light dinner. Every session centers around two real questions submitted anonymously by group members.

Typical Flow:

  • Question shared (3 min) — A real-life question from someone in the group
  • Clarifying questions (7 min) — The group seeks to understand, not to fix
  • Group discussion (15 min) — Others share insights while the questioner listens
  • Reflection (5 min) — The questioner summarizes what they heard

It’s a simple but powerful rhythm—listening, reflecting, and learning together.
