At Formation, we believe growth happens best in places where people feel welcomed, grounded, and at ease. Our Gathering Places, or “rooms,” are a collection of physical spaces designed to help you take meaningful steps in your spiritual formation journey. These spaces exist to support a life that is rooted, purposeful, and whole and invite you to slow down, reflect, connect, and grow.
THE SPIRITUAL FORMATION CENTER (COMING SOON)
A PLACE TO BE HELD, GUIDED, AND RENEWED
The Spiritual Formation Center is physically designed to embrace you. Our hope is that the ancient wisdom and modern resources of the space cohesively provide a sense of support, comfort, and belonging, so that whether you come alone, with a small group, or as a leader, this is a place to pause, listen, and take the next faithful step forward. Here, formation is not rushed or forced. It is received, practiced, and lived.

SOLITUDE & QUIET
Spaces of stillness invite rest and attentiveness, which is challenging to find in our fast-paced, hurried society. Formation Church’s gathering areas are optimized and designed so you can have the space and time to breathe deeply, release the noise of life, and simply be with God.
BIBLE COLLECTIONS, RESOURCE ADVISORS & CO-JOURNEYPERSONS
An extensive library supports study, prayer, and reflection, Some of the resources we foster include the following:

- Archaeological, cultural, and thematic editions
Exploring texts and resources written by the unique historical authors and contemporary voices that have shaped Christian formation reminds us that growth happens through faithfulness and reflection.
A trained guide, advisor, and/or Co-Journeyperson is available to engage in discourse about the literature in our library, as well as walk alongside you to help you discern what resources, practices, or rhythms may best support your current season. This individual journeys with you in your spiritual formation and operates in tandem with you through your walk with Jesus.
RETREATS & PRACTICE INTEGRATION
The Center also serves as a bridge between learning and living, connecting you to:
- Day and weekend retreats
- Guided prayer practices (such as Lectio Divina and the Examen)
- Formation practices that shape everyday life
- Regional retreat centers and spiritual directors
“THIRD PLACE" LOUNGE (COMING SOON)
A SPACE FOR COMMUNITY, CREATIVITY, AND CONVERSATION
The “Third Place Lounge” is a relaxed, modern gathering space where community happens naturally over coffee, conversation, work, and shared experiences. Here, formation continues—not through curriculum, but through presence and relationship. With Hello Again coffee in hand and room to linger and converse, this space is available to host programs, collaborations, and everyday moments of connection.
COMMUNITY FORMATION ROOM (COMING SOON)
A TABLE FOR SHARED LIFE
Designed for groups to gather over meals, this open, home-like space invites people to practice community in simple, meaningful ways and do life together.
DIGITAL STUDIO (COMING SOON)
A SPACE WHERE FAITH, CREATIVITY, AND CULTURE MEET
The Digital Studio is a creative workspace for storytelling and expression, and is also a place where faith engages culture through beauty, imagination, and thoughtful work.
Equipped for podcasting, photography, and videography, the Studio supports creators, entrepreneurs, and community members who want to share stories of hope, meaning, and formation with the wider world.
