David Oyadomari, Senior Pastor. As Senior Pastor of Formation Church David leads the vision, administration, and ministries for the church. David was on the original church planting team in 2004 with his wife Tammi. David is a marketplace minister where he served in executive management roles in corporations and internet start-ups in Hawaii and on the mainland. Today, he works to blur the lines between the pulpit and the marketplace. He and his wife Tammi live in Honolulu with their son.
